The Best Movie I Watched This Year – Jurassic World: Rebirth
This is the best action–adventure movie I watched this year. Jurassic World: Rebirth brings new life to the dinosaur world and creates another exciting chapter. While watching it, I felt excitement, fear, joy, and curiosity — all at the same time!
Short Summary of the Story
The story begins when Isla Nublar is reactivated by the secret Genesis Corporation, who plan to bring back extinct dinosaurs in a “controlled” environment. During their exploration, they discover an old hidden lab containing unfinished hybrid dinosaur DNA. Instead of destroying it, they restart the experiments.
Dr. Maya Lewis, a brilliant young scientist, joins the mission with her small robot companion Leo. At first, their project seems successful as they hatch new herbivores and a gentle Raptor species created from Blue’s bloodline.
But secretly, Genesis also creates a dangerous hybrid—the Nightstalker Rex, a powerful creature that can hide in shadows, see in the dark, and hunt with intelligence.
One stormy night, the Nightstalker Rex escapes, and the island goes into lock down. While exploring the jungle, Maya meets a new Raptor pack descended from Blue. One Raptor, Skye, shows trust toward her, and Maya eventually forms a bond with them.
Maya soon discovers that the Nightstalker Rex is preparing a nesting territory that could destroy the island’s ecosystem and allow hybrids to escape. Genesis wants to capture the creature to sell it as a weapon, but Maya believes it must be stopped.
The final battle takes place at the old volcano crater. Maya, Leo, and the Raptor pack work together to defeat the Nightstalker Rex. After an earthquake opens the ground, the hybrid falls into a deep pit, ending the threat.
In the end, Maya refuses to rebuild Jurassic World and instead turns the island into a protected dinosaur sanctuary. As she leaves, Skye quietly watches her go. The final shot of the movie shows a Raptor egg hatching, hinting at a future chapter.
The movie teaches important lessons about scientific responsibility, understanding nature, and correcting human mistakes.
The Message of the Movie
Rebirth highlights scientific responsibility. It shows how powerful creating new life can be and how important ethics are when using science.
Some lessons I learned from the movie are:
- Just because something is scientifically possible, it doesn’t mean we should do it
- Understanding nature and life is important
- Admitting human mistakes is also important
My Final Thoughts
Jurassic World: Rebirth is a perfect mix of action, adventure, science, and mystery. The best part for me was the new bond of trust between the Raptors and humans.
That’s why this became the best movie I watched this year.
